Life isn't like a box of chocolates, it's more like a jar of jalapenos. What you do today might burn your butt tomorrow.

nah, I don't get slotty presents, as a rule, I just buy my own when I feel like it.......and rather too many as it is
occasionally I get a car book if I drop strong hints, write the name and print out a picture, nail it to the wall with a 3 foot high sign that says
I WANT THIS..... and force the family to stand in front of the sign for an hour until it's memorized...tragic really.....the women of the house have NO idea.....
Actually spending my birthday evening doing the usual, running the Tuesday family night at the club......sigh

Got home from club to a surprise cake, candles treats et all from wife daughter No.2 (who lives at home) and her boyfriend, and daughter No.1 on the phone from the city she lives in.
Now I'm not gonna say how old I am.....but those that have seen the wrinkled dial might be able to spot the common denominator put 2 and 2 together with these pics.
