Time to start planning forward. Things we need to discuss/vote on are:
Committee: Are you guys happy with what I do, Vlad does?
I'd be happy to stay on if all are happy?
I think Vlad plays a good part too!
We need to elect another member (to make 3) or even 2 more to make 5
plan race schedule for next year
Decide to Keep classes, change classes, delete classes, propose new classes
Amend rules (if need be)
Discuss/vote/rule on numbers for next year. (I think we could expand a little to replace members and allow new guys in)
Anything I missed?

I think the rules worked well (that I saw) I think we just need to look to new product and see where that might undermine the existing cars then you can either allow people to up the motir in the old cars or drop teh motor in the new ones.
I am happy that I've been given all the information I need by yourself and Vlad. So I would like to see you guys remain in the comittee
I think I would like to see another 'experienced' guy on the comittee and I think I would like to see two committed "new guys" on there too to make a thing of five. In my opinion it gives the basis for racing to continue in a standard way but allows "new blood" a say to stop things going stale.
I think we've found that people can't commit for a whole season - perhaps we should have an entry request a fortnight before for the races that people can go to and the comittee can decide who can come to the table with a guest spot like the bike racing.
I'd be fully expecting a guest spot at best of course.
One thing I would like to see is maybe a defined "build it" class be it you use an RTR or build a brass car.. I think it would be funny.
Oh - and even if I can't race next year I'm hoping to get the track set up properly to host. I'll have to confirm later though.
That's my ideas for now. I may have more!
BIG UPS for Shane and Vlad this year though..

happy to help in anyway you guys want
Cant wait to get home actually as over 4 weeks on the road is just starting to wear a bit thin and i still have a week to go. Still its fun watching the locals from my 10 floor balcony.
They fall into two brackets in the wee hours of the morning
They can either walk but have lost the ability to talk
or
They can talk ( shout actually) but have no idea as to how to control their legs but do have a very good ability to walk into stationary objects like trees and lamp posts.

Hi All,
Not only am I happy to be involved with the group as a racer, I would also welcome the opportunity to assist if able with the committee so I'll "volunteer" my name as one of the "newbies" as mentioned earlier.
Regards,
Shane

Ok guys I have sent out emails "inviting" you to join a group so we can discuss this stuff and not clutter up the forum with it all.

Shane
