Just like to add my congratulations to Phil, the proxy master, many thanks to Steve for running the series in what must be a thankless task, but without people like Steve we wouldn't have proxy events,so thanks for that mate.

Been a great series, good variety in the cars and lots of innovative designs,I've learnt a lot from this years series, can't wait for DUPR 2009,in whatever format.

Terry

Well done EVERYONE!

Thanks to all the marshals, drivers, hosts and entrants, for what was a great proxy series.
Proof of this is the interest in next years DUPRA!!!!!
And a BIG thanks to SideCar Steve, for the good old Sports Swedans!!! tongue.gif

Congratulations to Phil (the proxy master), none of us mere mortals had a hope.hehehehe.
But watch out next year! wink.gif

Is it possible to see some pics of the inside of the cars to help those entering next year?

Pics of the inside of my car will only show you what not to do, but your right, maybe a thread with pics of all the cars insides would be a good idea, but you'll have to wait till the cars return to their owners.

As above a big thank you to Steve and absolutely everyone involved in running DUPR 2008, it has been a very enjoyable series and hearty congratulations to Phil on yet another DUPR win. Third in series for the cobbled together Celca, only my second DUPR attempt, I am stoked, now all I have to do is figure out what I did right and not go backwards next year.............

Just a shame the series ended when my car started to come good laugh.gif

Congrats to Kalbfellp , Espsix and Anthony and well done to everyone else involved, great series of races , hope we don't have to wait too long to run a sports sedan series again , loved those wild modified bodies with the added extra body bits bogged on .
Roll on 2009 proxy .

QUOTE (Devious Dave @ Sep 7 2008, 12:42 PM) *
Onya Phil. You've done it yet again! Looks like we'll have to wait till next year before we can beat you. You've shattered poor old Sportsracer for the umpteenth time. He'll wear out 6 more controllers trying to get something to go faster again...it's an annual thing with him. Imagine how it's going to affect him when I beat him as well next year. Thanks guys for another top race series. Dave

Next year I might actually work on my entry instead of building a car the night before. biggrin.gif

Congrats Phil. Yours was a very easy car to drive. Must remember to build mine along the same lines next year.

Where did you finish Dave?

Cheers

Paul
