Hi guys,

For those that are entering I thought it would be good to write down what your expectations are going into the proxy. I thought it would be good to go back over it at the end & see how close you were to your expectations.

Do you wanna win it outright? Win a round? Top 10? Do you wanna just finish? etc

Well mine I would have to say Im a newb so it is to Place anywhere but last after all the rounds. And also have 1 top ten place in 1 round. My expectations are low I know but hey thats what I would be pleased with.

I'd be happy just to beat Phil.

And he gets 2nd place. Don't want to wish him bad luck or anything like that.

I just hope that Paul and I have a nice close race like last year,it all adds to the interest. I also hope that some of the new entrants manage to pick up some tuning and building tips.

I will be happy for my car to make it to the finish as in the building and testing process i have spun 3 pinions on 2 different motors! been quite a frustrating build................as long as its competitive with the other noobs i dont mind! Oh yeah...............as long as i beat a few Ford Fans along the way i will be happy!

Have two cars ready - just gotta choose which one is least uncompetitive

I'll be happy for the car to last the distance - not looking for anything other than that

For me,its always about seeing how you go against the others,how your car compares,what tips you might pick up along the way,being part of the event is good.

Oh,and as far as expectations go,well,hopefully to be up there,winning is not important,that would be real nice though.

Looks like Paul and Phil got the 1st two. Then there must be at least three other great proxy car builders in Australia, right? A few more more sharp cars from elsewhere. I'll let my 'lil' car duke it out for #11. ... and one podium finish. Please?
