Sorry to jump in on this area if its the wrong place, let me know if its the wrong one

Well here's the full SP as they say

Thank heavens I'm finally relocating back to OZ.
Its now def on for late Sep or early Oct
allowing for time to get settled I'll start on track building.
First version to be completed by xmas
So in the new year I will run a proxy series.

Many details yet to be determined but I will note some pts...
Real cars built up to 1964.
The track will be a "car-breaker"... I dont mean in the stupid sense as if I'm trying to break them, I mean...
-lots of alt changes
-varying curves from very wide to very tight
-difficult cambers etc
-dangerous mountain roads
- ... the list goes on...

I want to keep this "fun" not crazy.

1/32 if I didnt mention it.
Scale cars not blobs.
I want to be as flexible as possible but have to be rigid to avoid the few spoiling it all for everyone.
Therefore, all decisions are final, sorry.

Well, more on this later.
Wish me luck with relocation, after that the track and everythign else will be the easy part

Just spent nearly a decade of suffering in the old world, hehe
returning to the golden west
far awy from most of you guys unfortunately but at least its in a free country haha

This is as good a place as any to post at the the moment but I think with the proliferation of proxy races at present that it may be worth asking our forum hosts if we could have a sub forum devoted to other proxy events.

Well, thats true.
theres only one sub-cat in the events section so its a good idea.
but since It wont run til Dec/Jan at the absolute earliest [even that would be a miracle] theres no rush... unless its preferable
