Brooklands just like Amaroo Park got history taken away by the government and developers.
Heres what it looks like today;
Only the banked section remains owned by Mercedes Benz and actually featured in an episode of the Bill
Today a MEGA MART & AIRCRAFT MUSEUM & HOUSING occupy this site

There is the Brooklands Auto Museum there as well. I have been ver fortunate to have been involved with the slot car display in this museum for the last three years. Jeff Davies ( Rail Racer) changes the slot car display each year and some cars that Dave Bantoft and I have built have been on display!
