Our club has had 3 or 4 successive weeks of racing Wednesday nights.
The current race program is A1 Gp,V8 Supercars,Ninco cars(modified)
We have several members of Auslot Forum racing...SlotsNZ, Grego, Munter and regular guests.
Fields of between 4 and 7 drivers have been entering the timed roundrobin races controlled by trakmate.
The racing has been fast and furious at times with some heavy impacts and some incredible lap times.
Racing has begun.

Munter is too polite to mention the results.

Great to see you guys racing on a regular basis, we started with only 4 regular guys, was up to 18 at one time now about 12 regulars. Are you using the widows version of Trakmate?

Yes we are now Phil. We started off with Laptimer 2000 as a "freebie" which was fine for when we were just practicing and running a few informal races, but having seen Trakmate in action at Slotshop in Sydney, I realised we would need the auto-rotation and the discipline of fixed time gaps between heats to get us off our chuffs and moving through the schedule without too many delays onc we got going properly with "class" racing.

We installed it about 3 weeks back, and I think everyone in the club is very happy with it, even if we do get a few panics "10 seconds to race start" . . . . .

I was just wondering as there does not seem to be many people using it. We started witha DOS version about 8 years ago and then graduated to the Windows version when that was available. All the HMCC tracks now use Trakmate so it makes life easy and the advantage of saving all the results to a spread sheet saves me hours of work.
