That's true, everybody judged and as the Central Tallyroom Co-Ordinator, i.e. the guy with the spreadsheet, that idea is MUCH better than appointed judges. Almost every photo scored a vote which just shows the huge range of tastes, skills, preferences and just variation amongst the Auslot members.

I'll need to find the mailbox we used and create this year's version. The only voting rules we had were:

1) you have to be an Auslot member to vote
2) one vote per member
3) for each member, I counted their last voting email. That means if you voted then changed your mind, I only counted your last lot of votes.
