"if you just click on the icon of a letter at top, and you will see the option to "view all messages" Click on that and you will have a list of all your previous conversations, with a little box at the right hand side. Tick as many of those boxes as you wish to prepare them for deletion. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see at bottom right the deault option is to delete all selected messages. If you select your messages icon at top right of page and click "View all notifications" then go to end of your messages you can click box top right to select whole page or any individual message then click "Delete selected messages" at bottom of page and marked message will disappear.
