Howdy men
Please post your rally car's specifications here
Include car number, make and model, motor spec., gear ratio, wheels & tyres, guide flag used, weight, any modifications done and any thing else you may feel is relevant to your car.

Fly Racing Porsche 911 # 21.
NC -1 with modified adaptor.
Std Fly Racing Pod with spring upgrade (stiffer).
Std Guide.
Std rims.
MJK rears, std fronts.
Lexan interior.
Weight around 80 gms, Blutak placed in precisly measured places for ultimate car balance.. :alcohol: :alcohol:
Ninco Lead wire.
Body lowered 1mm all around.

Ford Escort RS Cosworth Pilot rally number 14
SCX RX-81 with gold dust brushes
SCX Pro Axles
SCX Pro Alloy Rims 17" with the inside of the hubs machined down to make the wheels fit under
SCX Pro Gear 9/27 front and rear
Tyres front where SCX DTM tryes that where cut down
rear BRM 22 shore
Chassis was trimmed to make it float and to raise the ride hight
Lead added and glued in
oiled and posted off

so i really didnt do much as i have no idea what i was doing then i know alot me now

Ninco Porsche 911 SC Martini (number 9)

Sloting Plus 18000 rally motor

slot.it inline rear axle kit and wheels

slot.it indepenent rotation front axle with MB Slot wheels

weight around 90g or so (can't remember exactly!)

Ortmann rear tyres

Can't remember the gear ratio, but nothing too unusual (9/27 I think?)

Kept the Ninco sprung guide that came on the car, no chassis mods other than loosening the screws

Slot it axles, bearings and gears 9/25 or 9/24 can't remember which but being Slot it the colour will give it away!
BWA wheels and inserts
Ortmann rear tyres, Ninco fronts
Ninco Sprung Guide as fitted
Lead sheet applied inside.

BRK12345, car no 27, SCX Toyota Celica GT4, Ninco NC1 motor, Fly alloy wheels, MJK rear tyres, Ninco fronts, Ninco sprung guide. Car runs 9/26 gearing and weights a touch over 100g.

SCX Audi Quatro, NC-8 motor, SlotIt F25 tyres, Ninco sprung guide, stock wheels, stock interior with co driver added, body lowered at the front by 1mm, not sure of weight.

Spirit Peugeot T16 Inline rear wheel drive Original motor approx 23,000RPM :lol: Slotit9/27 gearing NSR wheels and axles Original bearings Ninco pro race guide fixed to original drop arm no spring NSR rear tyres Ninco front Small amount of lead added to each pan on chassis Loose body.

SCX Abarth 124 which I bought cheap from a local caryard.
The most work was in the rear end with a slotit install and mjk tires,the motor had a few tweaks and some weight was added.(not much)
Oh and some chassis bracing was done too...

Haystackmobile2 (hereinafter referred to as the Stackmobile) is an SCX Renault R5, #15 in White/black/brown livery circa'84

Fly Rally 1(allsame black NC-2), Slot-it gearset/axle rear 9/27?, Alloys, 40 shore urethanes (Phil), soldered leadwires....no, they don't count

as metal bracing :lol: , std wheels & tyres front, vac form interior, and lollypop tube keeper for contrate, at @ 91gms.

Wish me luck, and you'll deserve yours :huh:

The Audi Quattro never got off the ground due to time restraints :angry: so had to go with . . .

A Red Ninco Porsche 911 Racing #5
NC-1 Motor
MJK rear tyres
Weighted to 86 grams
Rear bearings glued in to stop the "hop" and front bearings glued in to comply with ground clearance rules

Everything else standard

Painted the bonnet and turret matt black after stuffing up a white paint mod.
Added the Boxing Kangaroo as it has been good luck for me with two cars in the current SCX Rally

Better add mine as I instigated this!
SCX Subaru repsol. Vac formed windows and interior, NC2 (black) Slot It gears and axle(9/28 or 9/27) BWA rear wheels. Tassie Resin Rear tyres,fronts NSR low grip, Ninco sprung guide. Weight is about 100 grams I think.

If you check out the picture of Davnics Porsche at the top of this thread, you will see one.....Red...they are some Teflon/nylon hybrid low friction material, and come std on Fly Racing series cars
