Rnd 1 will start tomorrow night (Wed) with a 10 lap Prologue, where we will give the cars a shakedown, provide feedback on the handling and performance on "Limestone Pass" and determine the running order using the best laptimes.
Stage 1 will be run this Friday night (approx 4 min run time converted to set # of laps) and the 2nd and final stage will be run this Sun afternoon (remaining approx 4 min run time).
Hoffy and Lenny will be around to assist with the running of this round.
We will provide pics of the field tomorrow night after the prologue.
I am looking forward to running this round of the proxy as there are always many and varied cars and configurations.

I find that aswell, next time, use a open hand, and just give them a real hard slapping.
it's what works for me on those unexciting Porsche's.

My car was "tippy" which to me is interesting coz at home it was "slidey".......
...........must be the different surface.
Thanks guys I'll sit back and watch and learn.

It wasn't as tippy when I was running it in 4wd, but it was slower.
But I got worried when I drove Manimmals on my track and it was heaps quicker.
Oh well, this was allways going to be a steep learning curve.

I liked the idea you had about using talcum power to simulate snow. And the crushed glass pieces to simulate gravel although it did seem to slice through the tyres somewhat.

see what happens when you over commit your self.
Yes Phil your right there my car had no time on a rally track at all and the guide problem that triggy reports wasn't apparent here at home on my test track.
such is life
