Well I finally managed to add some lighting to my track.

Sorry about the poor pics need a new camera

I like them Charlie. They will be good on that lower straight. Wish I could have come tonight but gotta work again tomorrow.

If you don't mind me asking, what was your source for the lights and how did you power them?

Hi Nimrod

The lights are Lionel lights designed for model trains but these ones work well for slot car layouts.
The lights are about $10 for a pack of 4 . Spare bulbs are also available at about 50 cents each. Here is a link to the web site

I connected my lights to an old transformer I had. They work with 12 volts but I found they do shine brighter at 15 volts.

I just remembered that I also bought some of the lights from The Train Doctor in the US. I seached the web and here is the link to the site and the product.
