hmcsat 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2007 Hi All The new track is nearing completion but needs some timing. Could anyone help me with a parts list (to be bought at Jaycar or similar) and a wiring diagram for the photo sensors and connection to my laptop via RS232. I will use a RS232 to USB convertor. I am fine with the soldering iron but require a diagram an idiot could follow Any help would be greatly appreciated Cheers

SlotsNZ 112 Report post Posted October 7, 2020 I couldn't see anywhere better to put this, so here will have to do. Many of us have used the free for use Laptimer 2000 software by Gregory Braun at one time or another. I only just heard that he died early February. It seems to have escaped notice on some forums, as he was personally into HO cars. His sites www.hoslotcarracing.com/ and www.gregorybraun.com/ are no longer active, but can be accessed on Web Archive https://web.archive.org/web/20200512081726/http://www.hoslotcarracing.com/ I also have Laptimer 2000 V6.3 as a ZIP for anyone who wants it.
