slots 5 Report post Posted June 10, 2007 BULL Magoo. Or haven't you heard of a public library? They're not behind the times these days. All you have to do is book it or turn up and they will slot you in. That's how I check the forum when I'm travelling and the missus hasn't clicked to it yet. Freddy 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2007 I fair thee well on this voyage! May you meet many new a friend along the way! Arrr! Sad to see you go but you will be back one day, and at least you told us about it in advance, unlike Eno who disappeared for over a month because his computer 'blew up'. That said, it was a very peaceful month! :whip2: Until next time... Cheers, Frederick
chenglaw 4 Report post Posted June 10, 2007 (edited) Sounds like you're going some place like the middle of an island with totally no access to everyday facilities or are you going back in time to the Stone Age? I'm sure half an hour in a cyber cafe every couple of days or so will help you keep in touch with what's going on - unless you want to be in total isolation!! :whip2: You're not entering the monkhood, are you? Sports Racer 28 Report post Posted June 11, 2007 You're not going to Tassie for 6 months are you? It doesn't mean it's the end of the world - just seems like it. I'm sure they might even have one or two computers down there by now. Hell, even Phil has managed to harness a generator to his hamsters exercise wheel to make electrickery to power his magic box. He sends messages along those wires hanging from the straight dead trees alongside the road. If he can do it anyone can. Cheers mate and have a great break. May the downforce be with you.
