Slot-It News

Well, I thought it was a RTR, but, maybe not.

Either way, it's gorgeous and mine is on the way from Cincyslots right now !!!!!

I will let you know if the parts count is higher than 1 when it arrives. Kind of hoping it is a kit actually.

Hi

I received this message from Cathy from Armchair Racer regarding the 2010 Slot.it Line Up. As some will already have realised, there will be no Ferrari's from Slot.it either due to the licensing of requirements for 2010. Carrera have cornered that market. Note the Ford GT 40 being announced.

For more updates, see here

Some great cars to look forward too, group C is rounding out beautifully - but I don't see the picture of the new Toyota I thought was being intro'd?

I like the GT40 too, bet that will run well, something to give NSR classic's a good run against.

He missed the second page in the PDF - I've added them now.

In the Le Mans winning collection,

CW 07 is the New Man.

CW 09 is the GT 40.

Wonder what will CW 08 be.

Maurizio is keeping that card pretty close to his chest, someone asked him directly on another forum and he said "no hints at this time"

There already is a slot.it that gives the NSR a run for its money.

As much as i love my NSR'S,when i race sports car classic's,the car still to beat are the

Ferrari 312PB or the Alfa Romeo 33/3.These are just an awesome classic car by slot.it :bday:

My opinion, car to have if you race your classic's :)

I do not know what CW08 will be. But here is some interesting news, a Laguna Seca Chappie 2E 2 car winners set. See here: Chappy 2E Can Am Winners Set

2E_Monterey_1966.jpg

They could give it a new numbering schema like they did for the Ferrari 312PB Targa Florio 2 cars set...maybe KW02. If CW08 is something else, then that will be icing on the cake for me :bday:

Makes one wonder though....why do the manufacturers tell anyone, anything before their big unveiling in Nurnburg, as it kinda takes the air out of their sails so to speak...news circulates the web faster than you can say Slot.it....uuuuunless...these leaks are there as part of their marketing to create some excitement.

Cheers,eh!

I think its quite smart.

There is always so much news during the show, this way the field is clear and the only thing we have been discussing release wise is Slot.it

DM, I think your right :lol::lol::D .

With all the resurge in producing the GT40, I wonder who will be first in doing the AMGT-1 or AMGT-2 in the red and gold colours.

The chassis at the front is a HRS prototype with a SCXD chip. This will open up a lot more cars available to SCXD.

Very exciting!!!
