boss302
Continuing on the Sports Sedan theme I have been working a little while on converting a Team Slot resin RS2600 Capri into Allan Moffat's RS3100 version. The original body isn't great but I'm hoping that a little plastic card and Milliput will put that right. Will progressively post pics during the build. It's a bit rough at the moment but it should work out OK.
kalbfellp
Its about time this body got the Moff treatment, you still have 3 weeks to get it finished! Phil Quote Phil https://www.hobartminiaturecarclub.com/ Email
Freddy
"Okay". Since when does an Allan Moffat car only look "okay"? It'll look fantastic mate! I eagerly await the outcome! boss302
OK. Here is an updated pic. Have trimmed front spoiler and added apron, added side skirts and rear spoiler and filled in guards. Just need to do the detail sanding now before applying the first primer coat. It's a bit on the roughish side at the moment but it's getting there.

Phil Yes, come on Bruce, you could always put a Celicia chassis under it!!! After all it won't be the first Ford product you own that reminds us all of a Celicia Dave

rick1776
Not a bad driver in his day. Have you got any pics of him in his Escort? He even won a round of the TransAm series in the States in a Cortina beating off the likes of V8 Stangs Mopars and Chevs. 1966 if my memory serves me right. cheers rick1776 Quote cheers rick1776

kalbfellp
Gary now what colour is it? Red and white or red and silver or most probably red and gold as it was an EX Allan Mann car. It was later painted red and then red and white. It only seems to have competed at Calder here in Australia.
