I'm not sure how much I'll be online tomorrow and wasn't sure if anyone else was going to post a topic so:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FREDDY A.K.A. ME!!! B) :)

I hope I have a great day and receive many interesting presents whether they be slots or not. ;)

Many thanks for letting me stay here at Auslot. I have really enjoyed my time here. It's been nearly 4 months since I joined but it seems much longer. I will do what I can to contribute and support this forum. :) :) :)

Freddy, @15, the best present would be a day off school, right? So, we'll write you a note that you had a bad case of the Flunders and a craving for Astons.

During one of her daily classes a teacher trying to teach good
manners, asked her students the following question:
"Michael, if you were on a date having dinner with a nice young lady,
how would you tell her that you have to go to the bathroom?"

Michael said, "Just a minute I have to go pee." The teacher
responded by saying, "That would be rude and impolite".

"What about you Peter, how would you say it?" Peter said, "I am
sorry, but I really need to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back."

"That's better, but it's still not very nice to say the word
bathroom at the dinner table".

"And you, Freddy, can you use your brain for once and show us
your good manners?"

Freddy said "I would say : Darling, may I please be excused
for a moment? I have to shake hands with a very dear friend of mine,
whom I hope you'll get to meet after dinner."

Don't have any older brothers though Flipside. Just a younger one.

No girls yet I'm afraid. And I am getting the day off school today as well. Although I've always taken my birthday off since grade 4 so it's nothing new.

So far by looking at my presents I see one, maybe 2 things that could be a slot but all the others are quite flat. I may get some money from my older relatives. Expect me to have a big purchase session when I come to Ged's on the 25th.

Thank you all for your replies so far.

Happy Birthday Freddy. One thing I've always wondered though, is your last name Kruger? :( Or are you too young for Nightmare on Elm Street???? ;)

Thanks gref. But are those cars going to be for me or did you just use my birthday as an excuse to buy cars for yourself?

Slots, you don't know how many people have made jokes about Freddy Kruger at school. I haven't seen the movie yet and I don't really want to. Maybe I should chnage my last name to Kruger in the future. Hmm. Something to think about.

Lavenlaar, I must be very popular and well liked.

Flipside, my brother didn't come up with that joke either. You were the first person to mention it.

Keep the replies coming guys.
Cheers,
Frederick

I didn't receive any slotcars, so I was little bit surprised but no disappointed as I received many other nice gifts. I have enough pocket to buy one maybe 2 cars and I got a voucher for a free car from my dad (must make it a Fly). I may also be getting money from relatives so it's not all despair. At the minutes I'm looking at getting 2-3 cars. But we'll see.

So what did I get in a nutshell:

4 books, 1 CD, 2 DVD's, tons of chocolate, 1 Playstation game (F105), MM dispenser, doughnut maker and a t-shirt.

Doesn't seem especially interesting when it is written on a screen but I enjoyed them so that's the main thing.
