aussieslotter Posted July 17, 2006 Report Share Posted July 17, 2006 Each digital scalextric car has a unique code (frequency) sent via a LED mounted in the bootom of the chassis. Each controller has a button. When you press button as the car passes over the sensor, the corresponding lane change will operate. Any car after that will put the lane change in normal position as the car passes over the sensor, hence making it go straight rather than lane change. Each car can have its ID changed using the powerbase.
