NimROD444 10 Report post Posted June 28, 2004 Hi Guy's, Has anyone purchased or is using the Dingo Timer? Looked at the sight today and the Software looks real good, even catering for Pit stops with Virtual fuel on additional sensors. I thought I'd ask here first, before making any inquires directly. Any info or feedback on the Software and Hardware would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kind Regards NimROD

sidecar steve 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2004 Yep. I've got a Dingotimer for my four lane. I run four sensors to trigger laps only. I did have a bit of trouble with the sensor/led pair in the slot and eventually gave up and built a light bridge and mounted the sensor in the slot "face up". Works beautifully. I think the new dead strip trigger is a better option. I also got the dingoswitch that cuts power to the track if programmed to do so. In the case of a big pile-up, I hit the spacebar and instant power off. It also pauses the timing until switched back on. The program is very user friendly and Matt (the owner) is very helpful. All round a good AUSSIE product. I give it two thumbs up! Cheers Steve Quote cheers! Steve
