Will Laptracker 2000 Work With Rms Counter

HI all

i have had no luck with getting RMS to work properly, so i was wanting to find out if lap tracker 2000 will work with the RMS counter?

Also does lap tracker have sounds such as go go go, race finished, fastest lap etc
