Having a closer look at the videos 111 looks like it is a red car with a blue stripe over it possibly a p 362 not the GREEN Ferrari 250 LM 111 i sent many months ago, why.

And results

resutls total.jpg

Some comments

-5  Daytona coupe loved the blue lane,it was the only one that scored over the 16 lap barrier

-66 it was bottoming out and as tyre wear increased it became worse,I had push start on green and blue lane but when is deslotted the wheels were spinning in the air, thus the 0 score on white lane

-18 as the race progressed the chainsaw noise became louder and louder indicating gear wear.I was lucky ii finished the race

-the following cars would have scored better with a lower gearing:99-71-658-87-12

-98 very difficult to drive it deslotted many times

-28 very good car but unexpected deslots is the catch

-2 was the undisputed leader in front engine class

-21  was the undisputed leader in slimline class

Interesting runs Alexis , how many cars are using the BWA motor and how many the Jack Rabbit , and how does that work out on the results board.

The four Manx entries are using the Jack Rabbit, it felt a little more punchy than the BWA with the latter much smoother.

Hi Alexis,

Thanks for the updates. My #66 has your tires mounted. I'm amazed that they have worn out after so little running, but that's this year in a nutshell....

Remember how I was nagging to keep the series running - yeah, forget that !

Cheers,

Tony.

There's only two questions:

1. What direction do you go

2. What's the Lap Record?

I'm not, it was blindingly obvious they were too soft during testing, very grippy but I estimated 4 rounds and the cars would be rubbing the chassis...that's why the tyre rule was changed beforehand.

Yet this is round 2 - I guess your judgement is as bad as mine.....  thanks for your very helpful contribution though...

If you check back through the thread you would notice there was a lot of chat about tyres and Alexis make in particulat always good to have a control tyre but in the case of that particular tyre think the feeling was it needed a bit more work, for a good urethane tyre a PG, Bosa, MJK and the Yellowdog work well Bov but with the PG and the Yellowdog both need some trimming width wise to get them regulation size

My judgement is obviously better than you imply as I didn't use them for that very reason.
