bov
Hi Alexis - thanks for the update.... Pleased to see my #3 somewhere near the pointy end.... Quote Cheers, Tony. teamredracing
Oh well , she's a bit behind the front runners. Problem is the Metro's Is in between the 4 cars that had problems . That's a worry. lets see what the other stages hold. Thanks to you and your guys for running this round Alexis . Hopefully the Metro can see the top end some where along the way. bov
Hi Alexis, Really pleased and surprised that my #3 entry – tested and ‘tuned’ on a relatively open fast plastic track would perform so well on a tight twisty wood course….. Not sure what that says about my ‘tuning’ ability….. Congrats to the other podiumites! And thanks to all involved for putting on the Greek rounds! Opa !! Quote Cheers, Tony. Peter Gunn
Seems Greece is my cars favourite place for a holiday , thanks to the lads in Greece for putting the series on , and to the fellow entrants some good cars there and well set up, may be a fewer cars this year , but good quality. Scuderia_Turini
After the first shakedown I was hoping for a decent result here. Happy to be off the bottom places though. Big thanks to Him for time and efforts. alexis in greece
I was going to surprise you but it did not go my way. There is a Policar track being set up with lots of decoration which was supposed to be ready this week but unfortunately a couple of days ago i received notice that it is not going to be ready before Christmas so the cars are on their way to Australia
snurfen
Thanks to Alexis, Nick and the rest of the gang for the round. I always enjoy seeing and hearing of our visit to Greece. What a pity the Policar track wasnt ready in time - I'll probably put something together for a Policar stage next time the cars come to Wales. Have a good Christmas folks, cheers. Ontheflipside
Just wondering where and when the next round is . Hi Keith, I checked my Post Office (30min away) yesterday and no luck with the cars. Did a Greece tracking inquiry just now and the result . . . Latest event Arrived at sorting center Australia 10 Dec 19 06:38 PM Probably held up in the Christmas rush If we get the cars this Monday we might get round 8 done before Christmas. If not, Round 7 and 8 (final) will be soon after the new year In the mean time I'm chatting to 2019 track hosts re 2020 series Quote I can't believe that I wanted to grow up Mount Salt Panorama Track Combined Road and Rally Track built near Salt Pan Creek Padstow - Sydney A quick build rally track 2017 WRP Round 11 at Mt Salt Panorama https://i128.photobu...zpss7sqiwfj.jpg

Ontheflipside
Totally unofficial – not wanting to step on anyone’s toes – but I had some spare time…. Thanks heaps Tony. I have had the most difficult time over the last 3months as being the sole carer to my 95 year old mother who underwent major surgery to remove a large cancer in her knee. That included many 5hr trips. Had very little time to myself - if any. My wife also had to travel away with other family needs. Good news is the box of cars arrived yesterday from Greece . Rounds 8 & 9 (final) will be run here by mid January. Hoping Team Red Racer (Craig) will be back on the big island by then to help out. Best wishes to all for the festive season. For those who do not live locally, we are nowhere over the massive bush fires and still getting ash dumped on us most days Edited December 21, 2019 by Ontheflipside Quote I can't believe that I wanted to grow up Mount Salt Panorama Track Combined Road and Rally Track built near Salt Pan Creek Padstow - Sydney A quick build rally track 2017 WRP Round 11 at Mt Salt Panorama https://i128.photobu...zpss7sqiwfj.jpg
