Another T/S query I have a Thunderslot pod that appears to take a Flat 6 type motor. I didn't know any T/S 's were powered by these, its much more of an angled pod than the standard S can pod.

Yes there is an anglewinder pod for 180 motors in grey and dark grey not sure if there's a medium.

I have the hard pod, does it require a different pinion and gear?

Thunderslots and NSR (out of the box) are designed to run on Ninco tracks not timber.

That might explain it.

I run mine with the soft pod on wood. Best handling & fastest car I’ve got. Wood is a short tight track with lots of elevation though...
