Nz Proxy For 2019 Announcement

Recommended Posts

after a lot of thought I have come to the decision that I will be unable to host any proxy's in 2019

with my studies and other life stuff making it very hard for me to focus on the proxy's

I need to focus what little slot car time I get now days on my club racing

something had to give and unfortunately that is the proxy's

In 2019 I will be doing level 4 studies and that is going to take an even bigger commitment than this year

my learning of te reo māori is something that is very important to me and I need to focus on that

I hope to be back in 2020 to continue the NZ proxy's

I am sorry for having to make this decision but I believe it would be detrimental to the NZ proxy image and reputation

for me to try and keep going and making a real hash of it

Kia ora koutou mō tō āwhina, ka kite anō au ki a koutou ā houanga

thanks for the support from you all, I will see you all again next year

Keep up the studies mate. Proud of the way you have committed to te reo. Thanks for all you have done in the proxy space so far.

Dave Best to stand aside than only do it poorly, you have been doing it very well

I have watched Proxy Racing develop over there for years, since Mark invited me to the first NZ Proxy years ago.

Now with the originator of NZ Proxy Racing back in NZ maybe he can step back up!
