branco
I've been bitten by the VW bug(!) lately. These vans offer plenty of diversity when it comes to modifying. munter
Think I like the rat version too. Reminds me of one I saw driving through Byron Bay with a bumper sticker that said, "drive it like you just dug it up" which did suit this particular kombi. shadow_rusty
In stock trim, with the magnet, they are quite quick... Without the magnet, very top heavy, and very narrow. branco
I don't possess a road course at the moment so I have no idea how each van performs. They do get round my rally track ok. Rusty van is all standard, axles were shortened by 4mm and wheel boss's(?) shaved to make fit under body. Blue/white van has an SCX 4wd Fiesta chassis fitted. Will probably add wheel arches and take wheel width further out for better stability. Plan for these vans was more show than go but once I get a track up and running then speed will develop, hopefully.
