Sorry guys for the radio silence of the last few days but i was in London meeting 3 ladies that made me loose my mind

(the 3rd one is just 2 months old and only her head shows emerging through the jacket of her mum.)

Regarding the Alpine, the Team Slot one measures 56,5 mm at the rear fenders so there is no rule infringement on this subject. The problem is that it does not look right. This is what Alpines looked in 1965(Sebring)

I looked at the picture, the fenders make all the difference between the '65 car and the Team Slot version:

on the 65 car the fenders cover the top of the wheels and do not protrude as opposed to the Team Slot version

This is the "old" (1108cc) version

and this is the 1600 s version(emulated by team Slot)maxresdefault.jpg

It is included in the rules:

"2) Bodies may be no wider than 57 mm (2.24”) (excluding mirrors, side exhaust , door handles and solid fenders extensions such as Mercedes Gullwing) at the widest part. But they have to look right,i dont expect to see a Ferrari 166 MM 57 mm wide."

And the Team SLot version does not look right

Hi Alexis.

Sorry I just realised entry payment date has just passed so I will have to be satisfied with watching progress with event this year. I always enjoy reading the reports and studying the results.

I am looking forward to start of Bugeye Sprite proxy in Canada shortly and currently enjoying the running of the Aussie/Canada/USA Touring Car Proxy.

Good luck with the running of your event.

Regards Chas Le Breton
