Scuderia_Turini
@Peter Gunn - Unfortunately we didn't record the "offs" but there were some. I'll give your car a run in a few minutes, but we didn't notice any of the cars struggling. Leo Edit: Runs ok although the left rear wheel/tyre seems a bit non-trued as if the tyre had rotated on the wheel. Letting the rear just brush the track surface shows lumpiness on the left whilst the right is smooth. I would imagine both sides were quite smooth when you shipped it. I could do a bit of running it against flat emery paper if you want. Peter Gunn
Thanks Leo if you would, i did glue and true before it left think one of the wheels was out of true, but being scaley wheels i sorta expected that so did true the wheel ( or though i did )
Scuderia_Turini
Yeah the other rear wheel is out of line but is smooth enough when rotating. Will do a bit of sanding when the room has cooled down... charlesx
Hi all. Can understand the comments re my car. I was concerned with my car being tippy because of the good ground clearance I gave it. The large tyres have probably also contributed to the slow acceleration. On a more positive note however great to be having such a good tussle with Branco in our Metros even if well down the field. See we both managed a podium in this round so the Metros are not a complete write-off. Regards Chas Le Breton (charlesx)
