Always checking / cleaning braids. Oiling bearings if dry & cleaning tyres between warm up laps and racing.

Standard practice with us guys. Actually this was Rossko's car. being a threat I was putting superglue on the axle -> bearing ;):PB):rolleyes::lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks lads for the video , impressive driving and marshalling, wish i could get a WRC car to go like that, perhaps next year, working on it .

5 to 11 in 9 points... pretty close.

It is not my year with so many mechanical issues. First time I can test my cars on a rally track and biggest number of failures. I must have miss something!

Ground clearance would be a good start

Well you may want to check what you're using because you only have half a mill clearance under the crown on my bench

I always leave a little extra ground clearance under my rally cars compared to my track cars curef99, as they have to contend mostly with a more uneven surface and track and have to last a whole series , found it works quite well that way.

i am so used to measure the chassis clearance that i ignored the gear, gazza is right and i should follow Peter advise and check all my rally cars... lesson learn!
