Ratracer
Hi all I am putting dome of Patto's tyre stickers on to some 1:24 Plafit tyres at the moment with some mixed results are there any tips? I have cleaned to sidewalls with shellite, cut out the stickers to get them as small as possible and followed Patto's instructions and leaving them over night but a number have not adhered to the sidewall. All suggestions will be most welcome. Camber
I haven't had success with peel and stick. I put a thin smear of canopy glue on the side of the tyre and use waterslides. Works well for me. Quote Hoo Roo

Ratracer
Thanks for the information. Not as easy to track down as several hobby shops do not stock it here in Adelaide apparently. John our car is right on the weight limit so will probably need to add ballast. jphanna
what about a wind tunnel tested turban, instead of unbalancing the tyres? i look into it. Ratracer
Hi john I have a magnetic balancing tool for the axles, gears, wheels and tyres and a dyno rolling road. Final test check tonight at home, two spare running chassis, three sets of tyres (both front and back)two spare motors, two spare bodies and a bag of spare parts and tools already packed. And if you check the SMN rules these are required as part of the cars presentation.
