Terry
Needy me again! My usual suppliers of the K&S 3/32 piano wire have no stock as the importer has closed down, can anyone put me onto a supplier that you may be using? Don't want to get it from overseas too expensive freight costs. Thanks for any help, Terry

munter
I was surprised to see a K&S stand at an art supplies shop in Wellington NZ. Maybe there is something similar near you. Quote John Warren Slotcars are my preferred reality

Ember
I've used Frontline Hobbies and Casula Hobbies in the past. Frontline is probably not the cheapest, but their service is good. Terry
My nearest hobby stores are in Newcastle, almost an hours drive away, Frontline are there and they do not carry K&S they carry Albion which only comes in metric sizes and the nearest is .015mm bigger than 3/32 so no good, the other "local" stores have no stock, so it may be Casula Hobbies they probably are the closest. Pity about dawn trading closing, obviously since Ian Bannisters' passing they decided to close the doors. Ember
Frontline must only have dropped K&S recently, because I ordered some from there at the start of the year. Quote Computers. slotbaker
Kellets Hobbies @ Liverpool has a pretty good range. It's easy for me to get some and send, if it helps. Quote Steve K.
Terry
Thanks for all the help and especially to Phil and Viv to help out, I have ordered the wire from Stanbridge in WA, thanks Mobbzee, so should be here before too long. The annoying thing is that I had 2 or 3 lengths at the previous address before I moved, and for the life of me I cannot find it now, I do know now that I have ordered and no doubt will get the new order, only then will the original missing wire appear! Thanks again for all the help Terry (the needy one) Thanks for that Steve, good to hear from you, trust you are well Edited July 11, 2015 by terry
