BigMick
Hi guys this may be a common problem or just me!! What I have is a front end adjustable front end grub screw that is totally bound up in the plastic chassie. I have done in a couple of M2 tools on it (dont you hate these little buggers 2.5 or M3 are so much better) and it is stuck fast. I have tried to get an ezee out type tool small enough to get it but to no avail. If anyone has had this issue and more to the point fixed it I would love to know how. kalbfellp
Try applying a thin film of super glue to the Allen key and then putbit into the screw and allow to set. This often works even in wheels with tight screws. Quote Phil https://www.hobartminiaturecarclub.com/ Email

espsix
Have you tried taking the axle out and screwing it all the way through? I've had some that went in fine, but wouldn't wind out, so I just kept winding till it came out the other side.
BigMick
Thanks espsix it was bound up so tight it would not go either way. Phils trick with the glue was good but it kept spinning in the chewed out hex head. Have finally got it out with phils method combined with a light touch with the soldering iron on the top end. Now that its out I can get those front wheels level and stop the bum stepping out under brakes. Beware the Mick next Friday at Thunderbird in the open wheeler class. Thanks for your help guys Mick
