Camber 19 Report post Posted February 13, 2015 It's all good fellas, my plan is coming together. Feed them some unrealistic lap times, they bend up their cars in practice chasing them down and we get to cruise over the finish line with 6.2's Quote Hoo Roo

Sports Racer 28 Report post Posted February 17, 2015 (edited) Sorry for the late notification but can you remove the League of Gentlemen from the ScaleAuto race. A sickness in my family means I can't make it and my teammates have agreed to let another team enter. Thanks Paul Edited February 17, 2015 by Sports Racer Quote May the downforce be with you. Springbok Racer 7 Report post Posted February 17, 2015 Hi all, How about it guy's - any other teams want to step in at this late hour. Perhaps a few locals would like to take up the opportunity. A car could be organised I am sure. Maybe some of the 4 driver teams would sacrifice one driver and make up another team - no pressure, just some ideas. This is the BIG race on our calendar - let's fill the last spot. Cheers, Jan Quote 'The older I get the faster I was.'
Springbok Racer 7 Report post Posted February 17, 2015 (edited) Just throwing it out in case of emergency, if any team is left short for the event at last minute I am more than happy to fill in. I only live 15 minutes away from Hornsby so besides telling the cheese and kisses, I have no real impediment stopping me! Regards John Hi John, Here is your chance, get two of your mates to join you! Maybe the two remaining drivers from The League of Gentlemen, will still drive - with you? Regards, Jan Edited February 17, 2015 by Springbok Racer Quote 'The older I get the faster I was.' Sports Racer 28 Report post Posted February 17, 2015 Maybe the two remaining drivers from The League of Gentlemen, will still drive - with you? I had a word with Alvaro and Dave and they won't be racing this year. It's better to let another team take our place. Cheers Paul Quote May the downforce be with you. Hi Stoo, Why don't you team up with John (Yngwie) and ask the Dapto guys to rustle up a third for the last team spot on Sunday. You and John know these cars and the track well.... Just my 2c. Springbok Racer 7 Report post Posted February 18, 2015 Hi Shane, Please can you change Team SYD in the OAPR LMP race to be Tobias and Esther. Lars will only be racing with them on SundaY in the Scale Auto enduro. Also, can you delete the Canberra team and add the Race World Team in the Scale Auto race on Sunday. .................................................................................................... All the other OAPR Teams - if you don't have a team name on your entry, can you please let us have one so we can get our entries sorted and everyone watching this race unfold, will know who is who on the eventual result sheets. Thank you, Jan Quote 'The older I get the faster I was.'

Going_Sideways 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2015 Hi guys. Thanks Jan. I'm happy with my results of the 8 hour enduro as I got the car out of Layby on Thursday night and started building it on Friday and finished it around 11am Saturday. Start my 2 hour journey to get to Hornsby Slot cars. When I got to the track Saturday afternoon I got only 10 to 15 minutes with one of my co-drivers Cody to check out how the car went. We were happy and then got it checked for the race for Sunday. I drove back home and got a good night sleep for a big day of racing. I'm so happy with my 4th position after 8 hours as I didn't have lots of testing to get the car right. Thanks to Shane for organizing the event. Thanks is also given to Hornsby Slot Cars Racing. And another thanks to Wayne and Cody for being good team mates too. Cheers JJ
