A Few Tracks I Have Built Recently

Recommended Posts

Not too big, designs to fit in the back or the garage with the car in. It is kind of a t shape, with the long side along the top of the t.

From top corner to hairpin, 3500mm. Track is 300mm wide, but hairpin is 780 at the widest point. The tail (with donut and bridge) is 1100mm wide * 2200 long.

Total track length is approx 12m (centre lane). Will have a better view once the tape goes on ...

What can I say, it's like an addiction, so I just had to start to build another one.

This one is a scaled down version of the 4 laner I did for Penrith slots.

This is going to do duty in my local club.

It's 1.8m x 4.8m, paint is semi gloss.

Looks like a great layout.

Probably a silly question, but aren't the twisty bits best left over the top of the straight?

OK OK so it took me a while to get around to posting the photos of the finished track, it's just that photobook has turned nasty on me lately.

So here you go....................

C'mon Andrew, it's school holidays, you haven't been at work for over a month so we know you've built a track or 3.

Where are the pictures???

May the downforce be with you.

Still in the camera

And I had to fit a Jag front and rear end into a 1949 Hudson for a mate, that took a little while.
