KarKraft
It's tough racing on the floor, but scenery can help make it more fun and it can be cheap to make if you get creative. Quote Fairmont Park

digby
G'day Joshua, How's the table going ? I've been following many of your threads. My advice ,for what it is worth . Get your table Built Try various lay- outs Choose a car , tune it till it goes really well on your track. Paint it in your favorite livery( primer grey can look real goood when well done) and then start the next one ,Car or Track is your choice, but always learn from your mistakes, and from the many helpful people here and elsewhere. Good luck , have fun . regards digby
Joshua Maguire
Cheers Digby, Table won't be up soon as i'm buying equipment for my repainting experience. Joshua Maguire
Hey, This is my current track, It's so sad we don't have much room for a table i'll have to make do with a 3.0m x 1.2m table atm Quote I live my life a Slot car race at a time for those 50 laps or less i'm slow
charlesx
I would not recommend ply. Stick to MDF. We have one ply track locally but despite the builders best efforts and great scenery it is definitely bumpy compared to our MDF tracks.
