Well it is finally a goer. Cars are here , cleaned and ready to go with some exceptions .Ran a few cars tonight and was surprised with them. Ben ,your tyres look crap but they held on in practise so heres hoping .Track is a up and running and we'll be starting at around 7.00am  . There will be 2 stages as I said stage 1 tomorrow morning (saturday for the overseas mob :P )and stage2 run on Sunday. With fifty cars ,thought I'd split it up . So I'll have to have the urn up and hot for that pick me coffee. I've got Gaz ,Mel and Mario ( FPVGTP) doing the honors of picky taker and marshalling. So boys and girls ,best of luck , heres to some close rallying and may this be a great Proxy.
Cheers Craig

Well , it's been raining overnight and is reasonably cool. Track is usually a bit greasy in the morning so a quick rub down (of the track I mean) and put one of my rally cars around it and it should all be good to go. My road track is out in the weather with a layer of bed sheets and 3 layers of plastic sheeting over it . Hopefully only light showers so nothing will find its way under. Anyway back to the task at hand ,just finishing off breaky and Gaz has pulled up so off we goooooo.

Good luck all.

Sky above looks like Minto round is going to be intermittent drizzle (at least it does on the coast). But the temperature seems stable.

With all those cars to get through Craig I hope the tea lady has a well prepped trolley and good supplies.

Have fun with it.

You you are still fresh and invigorated after running all 50 cars, as you've got to do it all again tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed it and eagerly anticipating the results

Hi guys. Well the first stage has been run. To the hosts along the way , start early as it is a long day. Weather cleared here with no rain . Overcast a bit ,but that was all. Yes Em SWMBO kept us well fed and watered through the day . Gotta put in a big thanks to Ian from MJK. Its only the first round but the tyres came up beautifully . Except to those that have a trueing problem ,hey Ben :D . When looking at the results the cars at the bottom end were'nt really bad . I have 2 notorious corners in my track that if your guides dont like them ,you'll have nothing but trouble. A couple did not get through them on any of the 12 laps.
Here are the results

Tomorrow is another day ,so I'm out of here . Time for some ZZZZZZZ. Gaz will post pics through the week when he sorts through them. Will have a Q & a along the way ,if I remember
Cheers Craig

Congratulations on surviving Stage 1 Craig.

Big congrats to those on the steps at the top of that very long list.

Wow great run for the Focus!
Into the top 30, instead of the bouncing along on the bottom.

Still well behind Slotcarmann, Surf and Tuckerman, but at least I'm well up on John(Zero5).

Cheers Craig, looking forward to tomorrow. bring it on.....

Sleep? Me? Bah. It's overrated. 'Sides only 22:30 Sydney time.

So, Mark... I didn't think to ask last night what Junior gets if he wins. :)

It's only really 21:30 thanks to DST changes soon.

Strangely Junior hasn't mentioned anything - I'll probably have to tidy his room for a month or something.

You gotta be happy with 6th and HL at 18th.

Top 20 :D after stage one but boy it looks tight in the midfield! Fingers crossed for a good stage 2 and there is plenty more twists and turns to go literally I expect!
