Venue : Doncaster Parking available in Driveway in front of carport/garage, in carport in front of house and on the Street. When : Saturday 18th August from 12:00 noon Practice until after BBQ - so racing should start around 1pm. once all sticky fingers are washed off Catering : Cool Drinks (Coke/Fanta/Mineral Water) ; Coffee and Hot Chocolate available at $1.00 contribution - Tea available free of charge Controller : BYO, same wired as at Mark/Greg PLEASE remove magnets in cars, Magna braids ! A quick word for the racers who haven't been to my place. I have a Slotfire track and any urethane tyre (like MJK) work well on this very smooth surface. We usually run a mixture of urethane tyres (Ortmann/MJK/YellwoDog/KD) during our regular Saturday evening races here. the track layout is pretty easy, 2 long 5-6 meters straights and 1 twisty section which can easily be mastered after a short practice session.
