We are racing tomorrow.



There's going to be 6 rounds,2 each class.This time it will be modern pro class,
cars >1980 4wd & 2wd,with suspension and/or drop arm(as opposed to modern standard class where no suspension or drop arm chassis, even if it is non functioning suspension ,is permitted),control motor Ninco NC6,except for SCX pro cars
which will have SCX motors,in line except Ninco GT cars.

Weather forecast reports light to heavy rain possibility at least at 1 ss.
We will start with a crash&burn super stage,2 laps on the Ninco 4 lane track on a randomly last minute chosen lane.

We will race 4 loops(the 4th one time permitting),2 last loops ss 2&3 in reverse direction.

Service time 10 min only between loops

Testing finishes tonight,but testing in reverse direction is not allowed.

So far we have 12 entries,up to 20 predicted, but only 4 have disclosed their car.

Alexis Gaitanis Subaru Impreza WRC Ninco or Peugeot 307 Ninco or Citroen Xsara 4wd SCX Pro-tonights testing will decide,the Xsara is the fastest but unreliable,the Subaru is slower but very difficult to deslot,i assembled the Pug only last night,had a broken chassis and it arrived just yesterday.Of course i dodnt stand a chance against the MSC and Avant slot monsters

Gazza,yes it is the tracks that will be used for the proxy event

Ontheflipside, we run magless,12V

I finalisez my choice of car,it will be the Subaru since the Peugeot slides too much and the Xsara deslots head on at certain corners,i cant find the right setup for the drop arm

Great looking track .Should test a lot of the Proxy cars . Those hand cut tyres, are they cut into shop bought tyres or are the something you guys make up. By the way ,not sure if you were aware of it ,but your Skoda had the track record when we finished the proxy here. Unfortunatly those Rs200 MSC Fords were at a slotkhana we were running here and at Gazza's last night . Your time was 20.463 , Which I thought was going to be hard to beat. It lasted all of one week. One of those bloody MSC Fords came and destroyed that with a 19.796 (FPVGTP who is in the Proxy). They are a good car if you have all the good bits on it.

Hi Craig,tyres are home made using a dremel.No i hadnt realised that i had the track record and now i'm very happy even though it lasted only 1 week.After all a humble old SCX Skoda beeing so close to a modern monster is something to be proud of

Not wrong about that .I reminded Mario that your time was from a stock standard car,very little changes and his was virtually rebuilt from ground up for the cost of A380 jet plane

Alexis, that is fantastic. love the tracks and the idea of crash and burn. also love the hand cut tyres. looking forward to my red/silver (with black trim) lancer running on the track.
