In absence of brains and trust …. I’ll make suggestions

Some examples

My very fast (but challenging to drive) orange Camaro has an NSR Shark 30k

Macs very quick one is one step lower power with a Shark 25k

My yellow Camaro that I drove on the final lane last Thursday another step lower in power - a standard Slot.it MX16 which is 23k, but lower torque than NSR motors, so is milder to drive.

So I recommend either of those last two motors, or the new NSR Shark 21.5k, which is similar power to the Slot.it MX16 - just gear it a little higher than you would the Slot.it.

Final gearing is wheel diameter dependent as well as the choice of pinion and spur. Maybe try driving both mine and someone else’s if they can bring along for a test drive Thursday

You could also run the New Cahoza S motor, 21,500rpm, 175g,/cm and only  $25.80.

For those that are unaware , Cahoza is a major supplier of first class parts for the metal chassis cars.

They have just branched out into the RTR cars with a range of motors.

Check em out,  www.hobbiesplus.co.nz    the quality is up there and the price is hard to beat.

That Guy: without taking anything away from the great Gill Andrews - a bone fide legend in our hobby / sport ~ I would consider a Thunderslot motor for your Muscle car build. Fast. Torquey. Easy to drive fast.

Welcome home Peter. Been wondering when you would surface.
Look forward to seeing what pretties you may have acquired next week.

I will be at the Bing ring Thursday

Will hopefully be there, might be late though, closer to 7!

Also, I’ll put it out here, if anyone knows where I can get a third eye controller repaired or a new/second hand one, would be appreciated! Thanks!
