SlotsNZ 115 Report post Posted September 21, 2020 Brilliant - I had just been thinking lately that we need to break up the weekly cycle with a teams race - have you been reading my mind again ? I'll be there You missed the bit on the poster where it is meant to say "bollocks talk, bravado and empty threats begins 6:05pm " Quote My Track Oakland Raceway V2 HMBRC Club Website

Pedro51 45 Report post Posted September 23, 2020 (edited) Apologies from me, I’m out his week, I am substituting for Munter with an attack of low energy levels. The shed is looking good, I hope to get power soon, unfortunately the flooring is not due to be laid until next week. Edited September 23, 2020 by Pedro51 Needed more words to make sense. slotmadmac 127 Report post Posted September 24, 2020 (edited) Good fun and great turn out for the BMW M3 2hr race. Some of the closest racing we've had in years, with door to door action in every heat. Gotta say that Munter looked a bit grey and grainy... but it was cool to have The Great One back on the track. NEWSFLASH: A rare shot of Wongy talking and eating at the same time. And what a result. After 2hrs, only half a lap separated those who got the gloat and those who didn't. And, as always, winners are grinners. Boooooyah! Shout out to Grace who stepped up when Race Catering shot the gap and delivered the SlotDogs to the usual high standard. Thanks for coming boys. SlotsNZ 115 Report post Posted September 24, 2020 Great night thanks Mac. Slot dogs and drinks much appreciated. If Smithy and Pedro had been there, we would have needed a 5 man team - how good is that. - Note to Race Catering: "May need to get a bigger tray for the slot dogs." Rodsun 11 Report post Posted September 25, 2020 Awesome night great racing...but I'm gutted! Munter , haven't seen him for (well lost count of the weeks) comes to the night with a grin from ear to ear, nice to see you too, races like he's never missed a night then goes home with a bigger grin and some liquid refreshments. What an absolute legend! Great to watch down to the last second
