Josh came close to his first A-Final win but a small problem with his car robbed him the best part of a lap and after 15mins it proved to be pretty critical there were heaps of good performance by all the guys on the night. Johnsxr8 Posted November 5, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 Results from Friday 4th November 2011 Congrats to Josh for taking out his first V8 A-Final and pretty much dominated it from the start to finish he now moves into first position in the Series points aswell, Hayden also had a good run in the final aswell and also the finish in the 10min Classic A-Final was a corker with both the leader and 2nd place on fumes and spluttering with the SSD Fuel burn both cars limped over the finish line with -0.128sec between them, it was a finish that probably wont be repeated for a while. Was a good turnout too. Trent is also starting to grab a nice hold on 1st place in the series with his second straight A-Final victory, it will be intersting to see if anyone can beat him next round. Trent has all but wrapped up the 1st place trophy in the Nascar series with his 4th straight round win now it will be interesting to see if he can carry his dominance over to the V8 series which starts next round, only time will tell. The heats were also very close. Johnsxr8 Posted April 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 1, 2012 Results for Friday 30th March 2012 Resonable turnout on Friday night for some more tough racing and the first round of our main series for this year (V8 Supercars). Trent showed he is the King of the NASCARS my car was perfect for the A-final this week but still couldn't catch him once he got in front. But V8's were a different story with myself getting the victory but it was the most hard fort A-finals i have experienced since we have formed with Danny showing he is definately going to be a force in this series with a bit of bad luck in the last 5 min costing him a possible victory but the part that does standout was the 8 or so laps that Danny and myself would swap for the lead of the race on nearly every corner or straight and without deslotting, wow i hope we some more of that! Plus we should see Josh return (Last years V8 Series winner) next round with his newly painted Lucky7 FG. Bring on next fortnight!
