Short Visit To Freemantle

Hi all,

No idea whether I will have time but would be interested to see a couple of Aussy 1/32 tracks while on holiday soon. Will not have any cars but a short try would be a real bonus if there is kind hearted person around.

I am mainly into Slot-it non-magnet on wooden tracks although personally have Scaly 2 lane track. I am certainly not biased. Returned to sport a couple of years ago after a break of over 40 years.

I am coming over to see a son and D-in-Law who work in Karratha.

Regards

Hi Syd.

Been back in NZ for nearly a month but really enjoyed session we had 30/6/2010. Was great to try several cars/makes of cars I had not tried or in most cases even seen samples of.

Ta also for the track building ideas. Nothing new perhaps but again really enjoyed seeing in the flesh. You will be pleased to know there are two 3 lane wooden tracks about to be started in New Plymouth. We have also just had the first informal get together for our small New Plymouth group.

Looking forward to a 12 hour eduro in Napier in November 2010.

Thanks for your hospitality. Rest of trip really good including camel riding, sea kayaking, sailing, whale watching, snorkling, tramping and finally swimming with whale sharks.

Regards
