aussieslotter
Hi Guys, Just got back from Nurnberg, here some pics from NSR. Some are already released but thoiught I show them anyway. Vinno could you pin under News and Announcements please? P68's Mind blowing, matches Racer in detail and quality for an NSR price. Moslers This one made for European championships later this year to celebrate 5 years as number 1. 917's Around May. Not a definite, just to see if public want it. Not a definite, just to see if public want it also. There also 3 new Gulf liveries, 20, 21 and 22 coming out in June Sept, Nov 2010. Pre order now. Sunoco not available, 120 pieces only made for USA race meet. GT40 MkII prototype This is an interesting one as Slot.it also displayed a prototype. So finally we can have both brands in one class:) GT40MkII and MkIV boxset GT40's Clio Arbath Rick Edited March 4, 2017 by gazza Quote Smoke, mirrors and obsolescence. dangermouse
The folks at NSR like Daytona cars - it looks like they have the shape right on the Daytona GT40 - I am disappointed there is no single car in the silver martini livery. They are beautiful cars but hard to justify $165 each + postage when the single cars are $117. I love my Gulf MKIV and will add another NSR car to the garage one day. cheers DM Edited February 10, 2010 by dangermouse

slotcarnews
BTW, the Sunoco 917 is NOT a standard release car, it's a special edition available only to participants in the NSR series going on in the US. A handful have been sold I believe outside the series but not many... just thought I'd put that note here. Nice photos Rick. Too bad I couldn't see you again this year in Germany. manic35
The more I see that MOMO Mosler the more I think I'll have to get it. It reminds me of the Fly Racing Evo 3 Porsche 911 GT1 98 in Martini matt black. Ratracer
You lucky sod Rick I am jealous great pics. Thunderbird Raceway has two prototypes of the Ford P68 and Mosler Momo in a display case Chris the raceway owner could have sold these a 100 times they are much admired. TheP68 is a great looking car in is so low. aussieslotter
NSR need a running partner for the Mosler. Any suggestions? Quote Smoke, mirrors and obsolescence. It’s a jungle out there. www.scorpiuswireless.com
Nulla
I suggest that NSR build a Corvette GT1 to run against the Mosler. The both cars are of a similar size and both use the same family of engines in real life and with as large number of liveries as the Mosler how could they go wrong. Corvette/Mosler Just imagine a Corvette GT1 that has been given the NSR treatment sitting low and wide on the start grid next to the NSR Mosler ready to race for the world championship. Now how sexy would that be. John Schoen
A Gillet Vertigo might be cheaper with licencing costs. It looks like a good candidate to be made into a slotcar: the nose is long enough to fit a guide easily and the rear overhang is very short. dangermouse
Photos of the new NSR GT40 are up on their website http://www.nsrslot.it/index.html Also announced were the new liveries - including the #8 Yellow and Black MKII - some very nice looking cars hit the news link on their site to see more photos DM
miveson
Hubba, hubba.... very nice.... I thought I'd point out the obvious but the #3 Red car is the MKII, where as the #1 red car in the NSR Set04 will be a MKIV. And if information is correct, the #3 should be available somewhere in the world next week. Set 04 will be available in November 2010....
