Came within a hairs breadth of losing my track this morning. Got a phone from my wife the kitchen was gushing water as she was leaving for work. Told her how to isolate the water and I rushed home to find downstairs (below the kitchen) leaking water through the ceiling lights and onto the track Caught about 5 litres in the buckets, seems we found it just in time. Had she walked out a few minutes earlier the blown hose would have been pumping water all day which would pretty much total everything downstairs. Which got me thinking about insurance, does anyone insure their tracks? Would be hard to put a $ value on a track due to the labour that goes into them. Very lucky! - Cam
