  1. Picked up a 1/32 Gunze Sangyo 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham and after seeing SlotsNZ efforts decided to dust mine off. Similar idea to Mark, use it as a running mate for the Revell Stockers that we run and just for fun. What SlotsNZ found: His ingenious solution: So I decided to go the other way and shorten the body to fit the Revell chassis (which you can buy again now btw) The 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Seville was my inspiration. It is quite different, (single lights, more sloping boot & fins) but again this is not meant to be a perfect model, I plan to finish it as a period stocker. So it is now joined and wheel base is pretty close so I'm happy . Reshaped the side window to match the Seville & gaps were bogged last night so a heap of sanding should make it look a little better. Still a long way to go though. All images sort of used with permission
