  1. My project is a bit predictable but better now than leaving to last moment as I frequently do. McLaren M6a is the subject. Probably wasting my time against those Slot-it M8's etc. but one has to try. Will continue to retain as much Revell as possible. Have started by stripping out the old 25000 motor etc. with hope I can get car sitting a bit lower at front. Whole front end including tyres in fact needs attention. New build will be Slot-it Orange powered. Will finally replace original Ultra Grip tyres which have completed 4 years. Will use same gears providing ratio meets new rules. Best of luck to all with your builds. Regards Chas Le Breton
  2. Hi all. Thought you might like to watch as my latest project proceeds. Class has standard HP class and modified SPX class. See Slotforumillustrated Sprite Proxy rules if you want further details. Bodies both by Munter. First two photos showing initial cleaned up Sprite HP with body on old Scalextric Mini chassis then Mini, cleaned up body and original boby for comparison. Hope you find this of interest. Please do not nhesitate to ask questions if you wish. Regards Chas Le Breton
