  1. Surprise Surprise The final Round (8) has commenced Starting with low numbered cars First
  2. Stage 1 Underway with Tony (Aka Bov) And results Stage 1 - 17 laps No doubt Tony tested his car on his own track I was there yesterday and no favors were given to his car, But his car was RC seeded # 5 so possibly a bit more rubber down for him His car was very smooth. Being a long weekend here in Sydney, stage 2 has been run - I just need some spare time later today to down load results Cars lined up before final stage (2)
  3. Hello all, the cars have arrived here today. Have only had time to do a visual and a wheel rotation check. Car #1 (RS200 - Snurfy) and car #20 (RS200 - ZeGas) both had the rear axle popped out of the bush mounts. Both popped straight back in and seem secure. These cars were in the same container compartment with 2 or 3 other cars and there is no obvious damage to the box so a bit odd. No other snags. I'll do shakedown tests soon and we are planning to run stage 1 at the weekend and another stage on Monday coming. If all goes well will try for a third stage. Great to see the cars again, they are looking good. Updates to follow. Leo
  4. I'm about to start assembling Russ' Pinewood stage to host round 4. I'll take some pictures as a I do it, as it's an assembly on my dining table. I'm doing it on a day off, whilst the Mrs is in work, otherwise she'd have my guts for garters - it's still touch and go whether she gives me a good hiding, but as she's on lates today I can probably keep her out of the dining room this evening. The pictures my be a little slow coming through as I got a bit leathered over the weekend, two very heavy sessions to mark a good friend's 60th birthday. Wrinkly old git This is the sort of mood we were in - Rich and Paul pretending to be scolded for parking Nigel's bike..
  5. This just in from kidvoltage: In the mail.........a large box of cars. We will update with details soon. Regards Rico
