  1. $51 landed in NZ from TS&T's, like you say a lot of US postage is silly money.
  2. Yes, I agree Chas, haven't tested them properly but the SRP is definitely slower, mind you it wouldnt be a problem if all used them.
  3. Iv'e that Ferrari on the way from TS&T's love to see a review on it. No V.A.T to pay either so cheap.
  4. Kiwi racing in World Proxy - aquakiwi, 2nd or third to last with one round to go so probably last............ sorry Chas for letting the team down :)
  5. Fabien I have a SRC set up on that chassis and on my track it is pretty much on par with my Slot-It version. Just some minor body and livery changes needed I think.
  6. This is in the cockpit Mark.
  7. Yep, I'll get em to send it back while i'm a head.
  8. All the best Chas, hope your day went well.
  9. Yes three entrants (you and I included) could possibly get us a podium spot with a bit of luck.
  10. I managed to work suspension out but on my little track did not notice much difference, I have two other unmodified ones (didn't I mention I like Lola's).So I guess it will be a little change at a time comparing each along the way, might try some NSR tyres and possibly harder pod as my track is wood.Waiting for a new screen on my track lap counting so I can't get an accurate time as yet. Thanks Peter and Charles for your input.
  11. Has anyone fitted the suspension kit yet? I have one but haven't a clue how to fit it. If anyone could shed some info/pics. TS website doesn't help much.
  12. A lot of my purchases from Auckland take 7 days to come 60km.
  13. I can answer that one as i've half a dozen of them, they don't but fold very easy and solder well. thats a neat body shell John...needs some sign writing.
  14. So if mines there in 10 days or under, it must be faster than Branco,s ???
  15. I do like Can Am, looks like as in the real series it may be short lived, I personally would like to see 1990 as a cut off point if the touring cars are voted in.
  16. I still like Can Am, tho the proposed new series sounds interesting.
  17. Yes, he built some nice looking cars, designed the original AC (a.k.a. Cobra) chassis. The other coupe ended up with a squared off tail and a small block V8 and was in my opinion a prettier car.. This was a couple of years prior to the Lola GT so it would have been one of the first rear engined GT's
  18. A build I'm currently doing, nearly finished.
  19. Yep two of mine are Munters, he does both a standard and wide body I think
  20. That one has the sidewinder, extended spats on the rear and fatter tyres.
  21. Very nice Phil, my little line up.
  22. Can anyone tell me if the above car ever raced with any form of tourneau cover? I'm trying to improve the cockpit of an old Monogram/MRRC body shell, I have replaced the driver with a better rendition....he now has legs but I'd still like to improve, picture's would be nice.
