All Please have a read of the updated rules below. All topics will be queued for approval to stop commercial type sellers. 1. A maximum of 8 items advertised for sale in one post. Whole collection posts are allowed but you cannot split the collection and sell separately (i.e. Must sell all cars together to one buyer for one price) 2. No multiple posts, so if a member has one for sale post active on the forum you cannot start another post until the first post has been removed i.e. sales completed. 3. Once a sale has been completed the member is to advise the moderators to delete the post. This will allow the member to create a new for sale post should they wish. 4 No listing cars as being new or mint if these cars are still available from retail shops i.e. current models. This will protect the sponsors from members listing cars as being new at potentially cheaper pricing than what is available for sale at retail slot shops. 5 If cars are not advertised as new i.e. it is used or if cars are not current releases then they can be listed with whatever price the seller wishes to advertise at. 6. A post by a member with a link to an eBay site where the member is auctioning cars is OK as long as the member does not also list the same cars for sale on the forum. 7. Members are not to list their email addresses in posts. When listing or replying to a post for sale items all initial correspondence is to be conducted by PM. After initial communication members can then decide their preferred method of communication. 8. The price paid and delivery method is agreed between buyer and seller. If the buyer has a complaint about non delivery or goods being not as described initial communication and resolution is between buyer and seller if however a satisfactory resolution is not found the moderators are to be advised. If multiple complaints are received about a particular member that member will be prevented from listing future for sale items on the forum. No posting of either a criticism or praise about a particular sale by either a seller or buyer on the forum. Please post or edit as items are sold ...... Also if you wish to promote your product (new or old) sponsorship may be the way to go We reserve the right to adjust these guidelines as is deemed necessary.
